Summary: The Royal Commonwealth ex-Services League (RCEL) provides welfare support for ex-Service men and women of Commonwealth countries who served the British Crown, who are resident overseas, and who are in need. The RCEL acts as a link throughout the Commonwealth for many ex-Service organisations and provides financial assistance for ex-Service men and women whose difficulties are beyond the means of their local organisations.
