Our Disability Benefits Service provides assistance to clients enabling them to claim or retain statutory disability benefits. The service further provides representation for clients at Disability Benefit Appeal Tribunals. This service is provided free of charge by the Legion.
The Benefits and Money Advice Service provides assistance to clients enabling them to claim or reclaim statutory benefits and tax credits.
The charity also provides a fully confidential money advice service to help clients with personal debt worries. This service is provided free of charge by the Legion.
Our Pensions Department provides advice on making war disablement claims and compensation claims. Also, it provides tribunal representatives to assist clients making claims at War Pension Appeals Tribunals. All these services are provided free of charge by the Legion.
