Summary: To relieve those men and women who have been seafarers and their dependants by providing accommodation, holidays, general counselling and support, plus financial assistance or in any other way the trustees think fit.
Note/Restrictions: Minimum length of service is nine years (service during hostilities counts as double):those medically discharged earlier will also qualify. Beneficiaries can be of any nationality but must have served under the British Flag.
Restrictions: Those requiring nursing care plus minors without adult supervision.
